France 2014 Day 14: Cochon du Lait

Last night's dinner:

Without doubt the nicest piece of pork I've had in years (and I consumed another similarly sized section)

Those clouds soon disappeared.

Lunch in Biscarrosse Plage:



Galette Basquaise

Time for 30 minutes ritual.
Several years ago we stayed in a truly splendid apartment in Biscarrosse.

This book has everything: religion, believable characters, a sense of place (New York) and pathos.
