4th street sign in production.

Needle and thread were used to make little ties to bind the electroluminescent wire in place. The plastic backing is from a shampoo bottle.

The two electroluminescent wires are connected to a single AAA battery.

Currently listening to:

The Croyden poet, Anne Clark who collaborates with all manner of electro/techno musicians.

I particularly like her collaboration with Kuniyuki Takahashi, a Japanese musician from Sapporo.

Last night's dinner:

Forgot to take photograph but it was Spaghetti Bolognaise.

I think I've mentioned this before, but I don't think that the Italians serve their Bolognaise with spaghetti but rather with one of the flatter pastas.

Miscellany:

Cycled to St Simon's, Partick, for 12.30 Mass.

There are three stain glass windows on the south wall of this very small church. At first I found them a bit crude and raw. But now I feel their power. Here's one of them.

Christmas Miscellany:

We have an advent calendar based on the Frauenkirche in Dresden. We bring it out every year.

The real thing.
